Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Standard returns (unopened items)

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@tryfurrlab.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our Shed Zero Guarantee (opened/used product)

We stand behind Shed Zero. If you've used it consistently for a minimum of 6 weeks and haven't seen a noticeable improvement in your dog's shedding, we'll refund your first order — provided you can show proof of consistent use (e.g. purchase history and order date, or photos/video documenting use over the period).

The guarantee covers your first order only. Subsequent orders, including subscription renewals, are not covered.

To claim the guarantee:

• You must have used the product for at least 6 weeks from your delivery date
• You must provide proof of purchase and proof of consistent use

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return (or reviewed your guarantee claim), and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
